I'd like to get recommendations on reputable and safe airport shared shuttle services from CPT to Green Point and JNB airport to Sandton.
Can anyone make any recommendations based on previous experience?

Hi,

I'm not sure if you are specifically looking to travel by road, but getting from OR Tambo Airport in Johannesburg to Sandton is really easy, safe and reliable with the Gautrain (http://www.gautrain.co.za/), I've taken this train countless times myself. There are also buses that cover the Sandton area once you get to the Sandton station.

For Cape Town you can use MyCiti: http://myciti.org.za/en/routes/interactive-routes/airport-civic-centre/
You'll have to change busses at the the Civic Centre or use Uber.
