Hi, I'd like to spend 3-4 nights in Madikwe, it's better to sleep all the nights in the same lodge or it's better to spend 2-1 or 2-2 in differents lodges in different areas of the reserve (e.g. 2 nights in Eastern part and 2 in Western part)?
Is the reserve so small that is possible to go around almost everywhere staying in an only lodge? Or not?
Do you have some suggestions in which area is better to stay? Some recommendation about lodges (not the most expensive ones)?
Thanks in advance

I havent been to Madikwe, so I cant really answer your question about the Game Reserve. But I have been to many Private Game Reserves in other parts of South Africa, and from that experience I can tell you that 2 nights is the minimum time I recommend per lodge. One night per place is not enough and will be very rushed. So, If you have 3 nights, stick with one lodge. If you have 4 nights, if you see a place you feel really attracted too, I would porbably also stick with one lodge (its difficult to explain, but you just a get a more special experience that way). Or choose two places and go for 2 nights each.
