2 nd part of our itinerary, CP, wine, Garden route

thanks for your answer. We want to book the flight after our first part of the trip flexible because I dont really know how long well the the part. I think we`ll have around 10 days or even 12, 13 days.
Can you please tell me if to dirve like this make sence ?
Frm Oudtshoorn via the R 62 till Swellendam. From Swellendam to Cape Agulhas. Drive to Somerset West. From Somerset West drive to Franschhoeck. From there to Cape town. Cape of the good hope and visit CT.
Is Cape Agulhas worth to see ? Or would you drive form Swellendam directly to the wine lands and than CT ?

We didnt fix the car, so we are flexible with the plans. Perhaps we should plan the itinerary from the end ?
Lets say we plan 2 days for Cape Peninsula. How many days do we need for CT itself ?
We`ve booked robben island for our last day. 2 more days for CT (including Robben island) or is it too much ?
Would be 6-8 days more for rest. Any idea how to put it together ? Is the time enough ?

if we do the Cape Halfisland in 2 days, where would you overnight ? In CT or somewhere on the Cape Halfisland ?
