I wonder where are the best spots/local markets to shop for interesting woodcarving works or possible particular (art crafts/clothing/cloths etc...) items produced only in Rwanda.
I wonder if there is any particular/polite way to bargain there.
Appreciate any nice tips for Kigali and on the way to Cyangugu.

If you are going to Cyangugu your best place for crafts is Butare. Far cheaper than Kigali and there are a couple of excellent craft shops/markets on the main street opposite Hotel Ibis with a good range of items.
In Kigali there is a good craft maket but prices tend to be high. You will find all sorts of shops on the streets and a few street sellers. There is a nice craft shop at KBC (Kigali Business Centre) on the way to the airport.
Just bargain!
