Does anyone have any information/experience of crossing the land border from Goma to Gisenyi since the change in law on November 1st, 2010?
I am an NGO worker based out of Goma, who would like to travel to Rwanda on the weekends whenever possible. My understanding is that I have to apply in advance for an online single-entry visa and pay US$60 each time I want to enter. Is there a multiple-entry or on-arrival option for Canadian citizens?
