sorry Fulana did not see the link. I had a look at the law provisions - and the find looks like its around 5000 RWF (dont know the exchange rate). It would appear that the ones that are prohibited are the ones you get in supermarkets and other places to carry away the things you have bought. Maybe recommend taking a supply of bags that will fold up into small packs. It looks like the ones you would use to store toothpaste and shampoo etc (the zip lock bags) are not included. rgs
