Hello all. I am currently in Mozambique and looking to book a hostel in Kigali for in a couple weeks. I tried calling a hostel using the number in the Lonely Planet book (yes including 250), but got a message saying the number doesn't exist. Does anyone know the trick to calling rwanda from within africa? another option would be to book online, which would also work well, but i can't seem to find anywhere. there are two of us looking for budget accomidation. we really do need to book in advance as our flight get's into kigali really late at night. any help would be greatly appreciated.
