no gorilla permits but paid for in advance

sent the $1000 us dollars back in nov for 2 gorilla permits bank transfer, first they told me we couldn't get a day until i sent the money but once i did id get my permits, so i sent the money then i had to call the bank and all yet they still said they didn't have conformation of payment, after many e-mails and numerous phone calls they said we had a reservation for Jan 8 but could get permits at the park office due to we may have more bank charges. we showed up at 7am with the money wire conformation but there were no permits they said this is just a money wire and not permits and we need permits. i told them they said the permits were to be there waiting for us. well no no no, now im real pissed off i sent $1000 travelled 1/2 way around the world and you got my money time is running out smoke comming out of my ears i told them off and how can they take my money and no permits. when they seen i was about to start trouble someone decided to get on phone and computer and look for the money well 1/2 hour latter they found it even though i had the bank wire showing i paid it. it cost $40 extra in uk to send it then another $15 at the park office and $80 for the truck to get you to the trail head and another $50 to get back into uganda and $60 for rwanda visa if you are not under the free visa country do yourself a favour trek in uganda save time, money and aggravation. people were showing up on the day and getting visa
