Hi there, we will be arriving in Kigali in middle January and will go for a 3 or 4 days trip to Congo DR and will re-enter Rwanda. I was told by the Rwanda Embassy in US to apply online but two questions:

is it possible to apply for a multiple entre visa? Can't find that option. If not, is it okay for me to get the visa in the border or should I apply for a single entry online and once there try to change it? Any previous experieneces?

the invitation leter could be a Hotel Booking or something like this?
