We will have two rooms available in our house in Kacyiru near Kinamba as of August 1st. Rent includes electricity, internet, water, a cleaning/laundry person three days per week and a gardener/guard. One room is average sized and the rent is $300/month, the other room is very small (bordering on walk-in closet sized) and the rent is $200/month.
