Right, sorry about that, staying in Kigali would like something comfortable , not tooo budget but not 5 star either! Thanks

I think you'd like Motel le Garni du Centre. It's got a great location in central Kigali within easy walking distance of many nice restaurants, but is quiet and safe. The manager lives on site and speaks excellent English. Rooms are about $100 per night so it's not budget, but much less expensive than Serena or the Intercontinental. Highly recommended.
