The One Love guesthouse is a little out of the way. If you want to stay nearer the center of the city, you can stay at Saint Paul's, which is 8,000RWF/$15. It's not very clean, but does have shared hot showers. It's two blocks from downtown. It's run by nuns and I'm not sure if it would be open very late.

A more expensive alternative (about $25 for simple rooms, $40 for a nice suite) is the Okapi Hotel. I'm sure that they'd be open later, and I think the Lonely Planet guide has their email, so you could tell them when you'd be arriving.
