Does anyone know if its possible to watch football in Kigali? My guidebook (Bradt) says that games are played on Sunday at 4pm.

We will be there on Sunday 14th November so would like to find out if there is a game on that day.....

Famous football clubs in Rwanda include APR, Kyovu, Rayon Sports and Mukura (Butare).

APR has been champion many times in the past years.
Their manager is the Dutchman Ernie Brandts, who played for Holland during the 1978 World Cup in Argentina (when Holland finished second).

I think Regional means the Regional Stadium in the Kigali suburb called Nyamirambo, that is supposed to be the home stadium of La Jeunesse football club. So you could go there on November 14.

If my info is right, Nyamagabe is in Cyangugu town and Umuganda is in Gisenyi.
