If any travellers are about in Kigali on the 24th and 25th December and want to have some christmas beers over drunken stories with two mildly entertaining English fools or if anyone knows where there might be some good, busy places to go then please post. I think I will be at One Love for the 24/25/26 and it would be great to have a few beers!

Carwash in Kimihurura is actually an appropriate place for such vivid intentions. At Carwash, there are three open resto-bars side by side with barbecues (among other stuff) playing different style of music at the same time, and the atmosphere is quite good. Later in the evening you can still go to Cadillac (the best nightclub in town - with giant screens), five minutes on foot from there. Make sure you go there (Carwash) early in the evening.
