Booking/Picking up the gorilla permit

I dont think anywhere in Rwanda can be considered 'budget' compared with its neighbours. I stayed at the Urumuri in Musanze which was around 7,000 Francs per night (£9 or so). It is right next door to one of the travel agents which makes location good. Shopping wise, when in town ask around for Isaac (seriously). He is a 12 year old boy who will tell you where anything can be purchased and negotiate a price and asks for nothing in return. Ask for him at the taxi rank or the above hotel
