Bizidanny tours:
This company seems to come well recommended and I have to say they were very quick to reply to my e-mail, offering me some (in my opinion) expensive tours along with gorilla permits. However; when I e-mailed them asking if they could arrange just the gorilla permits it appears they couldn't be bothered replying. I realise that they are in the business of selling tours but a simple " sorrry we can't help" would have been fine with me and taken very little effort. Is it just me that still thinks manners are important?

I have had nothing but good communication and success with them. They did arrange gorilla permits for us. Also, their rates for safaris are reasonable.

Permits for the coming months are hard to come by. Few will give them up without booking a tour.

I do agree that you should have received a response.

Peace,

This is the total opposite of my experience with them. Although I am not a "tour guide" I do arrange trips for the 50 members of our medical mission while we are in Kigali every year. I have priced out and worked with multiple other guides and can say without reservation that there are only two tour companies in Kigali I have been completely happy with their service and prices, and one of them is Bizidanny Tours. Danny Bizimana always takes a special trip to see me at the beginning of each 2 week mission to be sure we have all details straight of all tours, even though I know he is extremely busy. I appreciate the fact that he takes these extra steps to be sure we are happy and well taken care of. In addition, his guides have always been so friendly and fun that we feel let down when we hire somebody else. I am sorry you felt badly, but I can say this is not typical with this company.

I JUST returned from an 8 day tour using Bizi Danny. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. They were affordable, and answered my emails ASAP. The guide was one of the nicest men I have ever met, eager to please and eager to provide a great experience in Rwanda. We were in Nyungwe for a few days tracking the chimps and colobus monkeys. We had two days of gorilla trekking. We saw local villages and talked to people and kids. Everything was great. The accommodations were better then expected, and the food was amazing. Rwanda is a beautiful, clean, and proud country, and I would highly recommend Bizi Danny to show it to you!
