Hi,
I have come across this article (this is a Google translate page from Afrikaans to English – the original is here). It looks like there is real trouble at Ngepi and is wondering if any has been there recently or know anything about it? I am planning on staying there for a couple of nights in June but the report has concerned me a bit.

It looks like it has been going on for well over a year but has only recently reached boiling point. Has anyone been there in the last year and found any issues?

Unfortunately there has been an attempted takeover of Ngepi by some 'thieving' businessmen, who told the community that they could share the spoils of war if they kicked the owner out....
Obviously this has led to some acrimony, but the Namibian High Court has now ordered that the thieves be kept out and behave, so all is now quiet and safe on the western front.
