Hello all,

I plan to visit Namibia for a month in May,

Would i be in risk of Malaria?

Can i get my tourist visa in london, quick or will it take some time and what do i need to get it?

Will namibia be friendly in all its ways to a solo men traveler?

How much would i be spending daily, i know it depends, but in general terms?

Is it easy to move around ?

Maybe the victoria falls, and the okavango delta, is it possible ?

ANYHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

Thankyou very much

Hi!

How do you want to travel around the country? Public transport will take you to main cities only. How do you want to se tourist attractions like Etosha, Soussusvlei?

Malaria risk in May is in Etosha and Caprivi regions (wet parts of the country). Check with your doctor!

As far as I know they don't issue visas at the airport, so you have to arrange in London (takes around 3 days). Double check it! Might have changed!

Where do you want to sleep? Hostels, campsites, lodges? It drives the cost of your trip...

You can take InterCape bus from Windhoek to Livingstone (zambia) or Vic Falls (Zimbabwe) and see waterfalls. From there you can take few days safari to Chobe or Okavango in Botswana (check if you need visa!).
