Could I rent a car in Joburg and drive to Maputo on Saturday morning and coming back on Sunday?
How long is the drive ?
CAn I get MOZ visa at the border?

Is it worth the trip?

You can get a visa at the border.
IMHO it would be too much driving and too little time at your destination. I do not think it would be worth-while. To get to Maputo would take about 7 hours or so and the border crossing could be a bit of a schlep.

Depends how desperate you are for a night in Maputo. That's all you'd get though: it'll take you all day Sat to get there and all day Sun to get back.
