Hi,

I am travelling in South Africa at the end of the year and I was hoping to visit Ponta in Mozambique.. do I need a visa just to visit Ponta?

Presumably you mean Ponta do Ouro. Most nationalities need a visa for Mozambique so unless you have a passport from Malawi, Mauritius, South Africa, Zambia or Zimbabwe then yes you will need a visa.

If you ask a visa question you need to tell us your nationality.

You might be able to get one at the border if you need it. I did in 2010 with a UK passport.
