We will travel in Mozambique this summer ( 15 july-15 august) from Maputo to Central Mozambique.
Is it necessary to book ahead all the accomodation in Maputo and beachresorts??
I have seen that the prices of accomodation are extreem different; between $45 and $ 450!!
What is a good mid range option in Maputo / Beira ?

Best option is to get a travel agent to book all of this for you. They have the experience so know all the best places, and it's cheaper this way than booking at each place - travel agents earn commissions so they don't charge you anything for this service. Try Mozaic Travel, or Dana Tours, they are the biggest.
