Warning about Art Naji in Fes

I wanted to warn people about purchasing items from ceramics shop Art Naji in Fes. Art Naji is written up in Lonely planet as a good ceramics shop- The shop itself is nice and the they will give you a great tour about how they make ceramics and mosaics. They have beautiful items. The items I do believe are overpriced, but I was impressed with the shop so I purchased two platters which the shop stated they would ship to me. I paid in advance for the platters and shipping. They ensured that I would receive my items within one month. It is now past one month and the shop has not even sent my items. They have responded via email that they will ship but they still have not given me a date in which they will ship- as stated- these are items that I already purchased and did not have to be made. I have since been reading on Trip advisor that other people are having this same experience. I would advise not to purchase items from Art Naji if you need them shipped
