You have a free access via skyteam.com if you check on the "Visa, Passport & Health Requirements" section.
Timatic is used by all the airlines companies and is provided by IATA.
You will able to know if you can have a VOA or not.

Just your passport. Airport arrivals might be more involved, but I took the ferry from Spain (take the FAST ferry and not the slow one) and it was a simple process.

...... make sure you have at least 6 months before the expiration date on your Passport on arrival and estimated departure.!

During your flight to Morocco, (most likely you'll fly into Casablanca)..... an immigration "landing card" will be given to you, printed in three languages and a bit confusing, asking for your flight number, personal details such as DOB, profession, destination address in Morocco, if you have a hotel booked write details, if not have some hotel address or other you might use and enter that. Proof of booking won't be sought.
