Validlity of train ticket of Morocco train

Hi all,
Let say I purchase a train ticket from Aeroport to Casablanca
1. Can I travel anytime on the day or specific time of the day?
2. Can I get refund if I cancel my trip?
3. Is there a Supratours bus ticketing counter at the airport where i can buy bus ticket
from Casablanca to chefchaouen? (I do not want to buy from the internet)
Can anyone pls help. Thanks

We just waited until we got to the airport, went downstairs to the train station, and bought a ticket for the next train out, and got a snack in the cafe there while we waited. We knew what the schedule was to Casa Voyageurs in advance, but we did not buy tickets in advance. I don't remember whether there was also a Supratours counter at the airport.

PS..... Supratours and ONCF Trains are the same organisation, computerised combined booking covering both modes of transport.
