I have listed out the timesacle for my journey, just wonder whether it is
achieveable
24/11 set off from marrakech and stop in somewhere Dade Gorge
25/11 arrive Merzouga afternoon and heading to desert by tour(camel or 4x4)
stop in desert
26/11 take a look the villege (Merzouga)
27/11 set off back and hopefully arrive Marrakech in evening(or stop in the
middle somewhere and back to Marrakech the next day)
anybody can give me a rough idea how much the fuel will cost
Thanks a lot

Obviously the amount of fuel you use will depend on the size car you rent. But with a sub-compact car, fuel will be minimally expensive compared with the cost of renting the car. Those small cars get great mileage but be sure you know exactly which type of gasoline to put in it--I made a mistake once and really had problems with my rental car as a result. And...stop and get gas whenever you find a gas station...they can be few and far between.

Yes you can make it but it will make more sense if you spend the night somewhere between Merzouga and Marrakech. Maybe in the Dades Gorge?

marofan,
Do you mean on the way back?
I planned to stop Dades Gorge on the way to Merzouga.

Either way...up into the gorge it is simply beautiful. Or you could stop in Boumalne Dades, Ouarzazate or even Ait-Benhaddou.
