Mother and daughter on tour: safe or not?

Agadir is safe. You can walk around but you will use your common sense like everywhere.
You can use ATM.
Check with your bank if you need to make an arrangement in advance to use your Mastro-Cirrus debit card in Morocco.
It's not a problem for a credit card but it can be one for a debit card.

Agadir is packed with elderly European and American retirees in the winter. The city center is basically a clone of any Western city. Little old women tourists walk around and sit on the beach without fear. And yes, you will find plenty of ATMs.

Yeah agadir is safe, i agree. And ofcourse take cash with you to change them in the bank.

......reading you post again..... to take up the issue of money. While there are plenty of ATM in Agadir to draw down cash, keep in mind Morocco is an old fashioned cash economy, cards only work in expensive tourist places, for cafes, taxi-drivers and small purchases cards aren't welcome, in the event of ATM's malfunctioning, have some cash to hand.

Yes it safe to go with your daughter to Morocco, no need for so much cash, banks everywhere and Atms...
