Hello everybody!
Is there anyone who is going to be in Marrakech at the end of April, beginning of May? I planned to do some tours to Agafay Desert, Casablanca, Essaouira etc...
Bests,

Depending where you will stay in Marrakech, mainly in the Medina and around Djema El Fnaa, you will be able to meet some travellers and, If you are lucky, you can arrange some trips with some of them.

Agafay Desert isn't a desert.

There's a huge semi-arid region to the south and east of the High Atlas that incorporates places like Ouarzazate and a couple of sand dune areas. None of these are actually desert.

At the end of the blazing summer months the area around Agafay takes on a bit of the look of this semi-arid region, but it's not a desert, it's not even semi-arid. It's just a bit stony. In April Agafay will be wonderfully green as are many parts of Morocco at that time of year.
