Hello, anybody has experience buying a local health insurance limited only to Morocco while travelling there?
I'm planning to backpack for about 2-3 months there starting in a week, and I'm looking for something really cheap (below 10€ per month).
Please don't answer to suggest World Nomads and the alike that cost several hundreds € per month. That's a no. Try to attain to my budget, not yours.
I know that a local plan wouldn't include repatriation, but I've already used one in the past a plan including repatriation all over the world for 40€ for 1 year. So in case I want it I can get that one.
Thank you

I definitely wouldn't use World Nomads, https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowTopic-g293974-i368-k5446738-World_Nomads_travel_insurance-Istanbul.html
Most plans don't cover if you have already started your trip. I have no experience of buying a local insurance and my immediate thought is do you have the language skills to read the policy.
Get an annual multi-trip policy, they work out really cheap, include repatriation and cover you for as many holidays as you can squeeze into the year.

Most multi-trip annual policies have a individual trip length limit, usually 30 on mine, so read the small print.
Also, Moroccan insurance means Moroccan law!
Yes, I'd missed the '2-3 months' mentioned in the OP.
My annual policy covers me for 45 days at a time and there is an option to extend it to 60 days, but no longer. Sorry!

Mines similar Kaz.......30 day max, but I can pay for more, but not 3 months.
As Tim alluded to, unless you are fluent in arabic or pay for a translator, local options would be hard to decipher, and I wouldn't fancy negotiating with local lawmakers when they try to avoid paying out, like most insurance companies do.
