Try the Hotel Splendid, 9 R ABDELKRIM EL KHATTABI
SPLENDID@IAM.NET.MA
It has been a while since I stayed there, but the location is good, rooms o.k. and reasonable, and the included breakfast very good.

Don't stay in Hotel de la Paix. I was over charged and if you search on the forum other posters have had a bad experiences also.

I can recomend Dar El Hana inside the Fes medina.
