For those interested, Royal Air Maroc has $604 r/t ($411 + taxes and fees) fares from JFK to Casablanca. I booked for October, so I am not sure about other dates.

I have been searching for months, and this is the cheapest I've found. If any one knows of any cheaper from the US, let me know.

In the reverse, I'm flying from Casa to Boston for $500 and found similar r/t fares on Air France. Don't know if they're the same in reverse.
