Hello...I will be in Merzouga for preferably an evening camel trip around the middle of June with my wife. I would like to go on this trip with a group if possible as we would feel more secure with more people...plus more fun! Is it likely that I can arrange this group trip in Merzouga with other fellow travellors in the area with the same interests? Or, due to the high temperature at this time, will there be few travellers in the area camel trekking and not a possibility?
In addition, if no group can be arranged, is it advisable to go on a camel trek while not in a group (only two people)?

No need to feel insecure with just 2 on a camel trip! But most leave with more than 2 people. If you want one with plenty of company, don't book your auberge in advance, and when you get to the desert, just ask around and pick a camel trip with several people already on it!
June is still OK for the desert.
