Hi guys!
we are preparing our route through Morocco, and following the experiences read on the different webs we've found, this is the Trip. What do you think? It's too much, too far or is it ok?

Sat: Ferry through Tanger, and arrival at Chefchaouen at night
Sun: Chefchaouen and drive to Fez
Mon: Fez all day
Tue: Drive through Volubilis to Meknes, and sleep in Meknes or in the way to Errachidia
Wed: Sleep in Errachidia on the way to Erfoud
Thu: Erfoud and arrange desert trip, camels...
Fri: Todra/ Dades
Sat: Marrakech
Sun: Arrive at Tanger and ferry

many thanks for your experiences and comments!!

From Friday onwards seems very rushed. You will get no enjoyment out of long hours on the road and you're day in Marrakech will be a blur. I did a similar route last year with my family. We took over 2 weeks and still felt tired out at the end.

I think you are trying to do a lot in a short time ,unless you do have some one helping you driving you 'll be very exausted ,here are some ideas that may make it easy fro you:
Sat: Ferry through Tanger, and arrival at Chefchaouen at night
Sun: Chefchaouen ,volubilis ,Meknes(the distance is shorter and better than the one to Fez ,plus you save time by visiting Volubulis in your way.)
Mon: Fez all day
Tue: Drive through Ifrane ,Azrou,Midelt ,Errachidia (the road between Fez and Azrou is better than the one between Meknes and Azrou)
Wed: Drive through Ziz Valley ,Erfoud,Rissani ,Merzouga. You do not need to spend an extra day in Erfoud to organize camel trip ,you can do that in where ever hotel you are planning to stay.Plan to get there before 4pm ,this way you can go spend the night in the dunes.
Thu: Rissani,Erfoud ,Todra Gorge ,overnight in Ouarzazate.
Fri: Kasba Ait benhadou ,Marrakech.
Sat: Marrakech
Sun: Arrive at Tanger and ferry
Good Luck
