Just want to confirm what I read, is it possible to get a tourist visa upon arrival at the airport in Tana? and is it still free if only 30 or less days? Impossible to actually speak to someone at embassy in Ottawa, Canada. thanks!

I wish to know if this visa is open to all nationalities including Africans too.So no purchase of visa at the airport. What could be some of the requirements needed at the airport.
