I am intending to go to Madagascar for the first time next Sept/Oct. One of my reasons for this trip is to see lemurs. I can travel more or less anytime within these 2mths but only have 2wks. Any suggestions on which time would be the best for sightings? Thanks.

Hello,
For 2 weeks i want to suggest you first drive to Andasibe where you will find the largest lemur named "Indri Indri" then back to Tana follow the National Road 7 have stop over at Ranomafana park where you will see the Bamboo lemur it 's one of species will be extinct, after here continue to Isalo where you will find the ring tailled lemur don't forget to pay your visit Anja reserve then after long journey you can relax at Ifaty or Anakao beach, this tour is one of best tour in this country, it's beautiful landscape, rich for the wildlife and culture too.
Have good luck!!!!

Thankyou very much for all the information. Is there a best time in September/October to be able to see them?
