Berenty Lodge??

Hi all,

Does anyone have any recent info on the Berently Lodge? I've emailed them a couple of times over the last few weeks about availability but haven't had a reply. I'm using the email address berenty@madagascar-resorts.com from the website www.madagascar-resorts.com.

From what I can gather from the Bradt guide, the Berenty Lodge is the only place you can stay to visit the park without doing the 6-hour round trip along a dirt road from Fort Dauphin. Is that right or does anyone know of anywhere else to stay that's in the vicinity of the park?

There is nowhere to stay around and it's a privately owned park.
it may be easier to contact Hotel Dauphin in Fort-Dauphin if you want to stay there.
Otherwise, feel free to contact me via private message, I may be able to arrange something.
