Hello...unfortunately, I only found out about the discount on domestic Air Mad flights after we booked with another carrier....that being said...are the prices I see online on the Air Mad web site the same as what we would pay if we booked through an agent in Madagascar? Any recommendations?

Yes, unless I'm very much mistaken, the price is the price is the price. No exceptions.
Even so, the internal flights aren't excessively overpriced. And Madagascar is so incredibly cheap otherwise that it won't hurt to much.
