Hi
Can someone help me? I'm looking at booking my honeymoon for this May... Would love to see Kenya and Tanzania... As we've had the worst summer ever in Ireland (rain rain and more rain) I really want to go somewhere 'warm and sunny' next year. What's the weather like in Kenya/Tanzania around May?

May is the wettest month of the rainy season in Kenya but it will still be warm on the ciast. It usually rains for only part of the day, but heavily. Accomodation will be at its cheapest with some tourist hotels closing down.

I was in Kneya all of this may and it was baking hot in the mornings and chucking down with rain in the afternoons. Guess it depends exactly where you are though

Thanks for the advice guys. As much as I want to see Kenya I don't know if I can put up with the rain especially after the wettest summer in Ireland! Another time...
