After having spent a good 5 minutes for this page to load:

anybody knows the current price for a taxi from Mombasa (airport) to Diani ?
(including the ferry)

KS 3,500 is correct, but you need to be careful as some operators over charge.

The Taxi fare (KES 3,500) should include the ferry charges for the taxi driver's car.
