hi all!

are there busses in the morning to marsabit?
where do they start? in eastleigh too?

if that`s not the case:
where are there busses to isiolo leaving?

The buses leave from Eastleigh and the ticket offices are near the Nomad Palace Hotel, which is on General Waruingi St. If you go to the hotel someone will direct you to the buses, or more likely take you there.
