No - and I very much doubt you will find one. French/English/German and maybe Dutch are about the range of languages I found during my (limited) travels. Good luck

Are you still requiring a Russian tour operator in Kenya. I have met one when staying at Che Shale beach which is north of Mombasa and can get his details for you if you are still looking.
