NBO to Arshua with Scandinavia express

I see Scandinavia express buslines has a NBO to Arshua bus leaving NBO 0:30 and arriving Arshua 7:00.
Has anyone taken this?
Would I be able to get a TZ visa at the border given it's the early hours of the morning?

I don't know about the Arusha Express.

I have used others (Davanu & Riverside) - and you should have minimal problems at the border, as there is a 24-Hr immigration control office at Namanga.

Take the riverside or other shuttles, they're better for this trip. For longer trips to DAR I can recommend Scandinavia.
No visa problem at any border to Tanzania!

I don't know if this is true that Scandanavia runs an overnight service to Arusha because it is illegal for passenger vehicle to travel on Tanzania's roads after dark. There are many shuttle companies including Riverside and Impala which do this trip twice a day.
