Canadian visa requirements for Kenya

Hi,

Everywhere I look, it says that Canadians can apply for visa on arrival at the airport for Kenya, but how about if I'm going by land (Namanga)?

Can someone confirm?

Passport holders from countries listed as Category 2 (on the Kenya Immigration Dept's website and which includes most nations including Canada) can get a visa on arrival at any official border point, airport, port and land crossing
