What to better to bring to Accra for exchange: USD or EURO?
I would second that. Everything out of Europe is still US dollar preferred. For how long that is to last, we do not know.
Depends what currency you are starting with. If you are from the euro zone, there's no need to change to usd then change again to cedi, just take your euros.
I'm from the UK and had no trouble changing sterling.

You won't be able to use either - everything is cedis only here, so as Kaz says just bring what ever is your home currency. Plenty of places to change money including the airport, so no problem there.
Ghana is very much a cash economy - outside of Accra you won't find many places that accept cards. ATM's work fine in Accra though.
