Easy couple of hours to the border from Accra once you clear the city traffic. Sorry, but I don't remember how much it costs (nor would I take a private taxi, if that's what you're asking--this would be expensive, like 50 or 100 cedis). All the usual varieties of transport ply this route: taxis, tro-tros, buses.

I doubt that taxis cross the border itself, meaning that you will presumably walk across and pick up a local taxi to wherever you're going in Lomé. Maybe I'm wrong about this part. The border is not difficult, and can be managed without paying any of the many "helpers" who'll offer their services.

Have you looked at a guidebook? This is the sort of information at which they seem to excel.

enjoy,

Mark

I agree with #1. You could take a bus for far less. A taxi doesn't make sense. It's more than two hours, though.

You definitely would get out at Aflao, go through customs and walk across the border. There will be lots of taxis on the Lome side waiting for customers.

Yes there is a shared taxi from Tema. It's located somewhere around the motorway roundabout just at the entrance to Tema.
It takes 4 hours from Tema to Aflao. No idea about the price. It's quite easy to cross to Togo, one form for VISA and 10 000CFA needed. No photo required.
