Hi There
I know that there is a plane but maybe it is possible to pass this way (Lalibella-Gondar) by bus. The question is: how long does it takes and how about the price??? maye there are another solutions for that???

I haven't done it myself, but I know you would be taking the bus to Gashena and transferring to another bus to Gondar. Not certain you'd be able to get that bus the same day though, might have to spend the night in Gashena. It seems buses in Ethiopia cost about 10 birr/hour.
The road is REALLY rough between Gondar and Gashena. When I was there Dec 2007 they were working at putting down asphalt but none of it had started yet (it seemed like they were still smoothing the dirt road down) and they are not expecting completion for a few years.

In October 2007, it took 2 days to get from Lalibela to Gondar by bus. The guidebooks mentioned a direct Lalibela to Gondar bus, but there was no sign of it in Lalibela when I was there. Either one of the 6am buses departing from Lalibela would drop you off at Gashena, where you changed to the westbound Woldia to Bahir Dar bus that passed through around 10am. You spent the night in Bahir Dar, and continued up to Gondar the next morning. If the idea of a 12-13 hour travel day to Bahir Dar doesn't sound pleasant, you could also get off the Bahir Dar bus in Nefas Mewcha, spend the night there, and catch a dawn bus to Gondar the next morning.
Things may have changed since then. Price is very cheap -- less than $10.
