Bole Airport - cost of taxi to Meskal Square at night

I will be arriving on Saturday night at Bole Intl Airport at around 10pm, and just noticed that my girlfriend (who is already there), took the LP book (with all of that helpful info in it!). Can anyone provide a rough idea as to what I should pay for a taxi from the airport to Meskal Square? Also, is there any likelihood of one of the banks being open that late, as I will not have any Birr with me when I arrive...

Also, any recommendations on clean, plain, simple and cheap accommodation? I do have a photocopy of the hotel section of the book with the maps, so any recommendations would be appreciated. Apologies if this is covered off in another thread.

A month ago I payed 80 birr (just under 8 dollars) for a cab to my hotel, which was pretty far from the airport. I also arrived at 10 pm, but took another hour to get out as my bags were lost. I would Meskal square should not be more than 7 dollars
as the previous post says, there is a bank open all night at the baggage delivery area, I got my birr from there, hassle free

Do not pay more than 40 Birr. 50 got me to autoterra, and 50 got me from Piazza to Bole at 2 AM
