Given that one can get an Egyptian visa on arrival at any legal point of entry - supposedly, - does it apply to borders with Libya and Sudan? Yes, it's difficult to get to those countries in the first place, but if one is already there and now goes to Egypt, can one hope to get a visa on arrival at Abu Simbel and that coastal check point with Libya?

No-one can get a visa at the Taba crossing from Israel

But to give a definite answer in your case we would need to know your nationality
