Only have a week off work and so have booked a package hol at above GH. As based here would prob only do day trips. I would like to do a trip on the Nile and get to see the pyramids - any trips or companies to recommend?

Anything at all to recommend i see, eat at, shop at, relax at ... ive travelled a fair bit an Asia but is my first trip to Africa.

You can get a felucca on the Nile at Luxor easily as they are ten a penny and you'll get sick of being hassled to go on one.
But, you do realise that it is an overnight train journey or a days drive from Luxor to Cairo? Unless you fly.
