Hey all...Just arrived in Cairo this evening to find a few things in my bag missing when I picked it up at the airport. Not too concerned about some of the stuff, but I did lose a bag full of electronic accessories...I'm mainly concerned about adapters for American plugs for Egyptian (European) sockets and for the British sockets in Kenya. Also missing were my camera battery charger, cell phone charger, and ipod wall charger.
None of these things are of extreme value in and of themselves (I have the actual devices), but they're going to be fairly useless if I can't find a way to charge them.
1) Does anyone know of a place in Cairo I could try and find adapters and chargers?
and/or
2) Is anyone currently in Cairo (or elsewhere, we will be traveling around a bit) and have extras or are leaving Egypt and no longer need them? I'm happy to pay you store prices if you no longer need any of these.
