Hi I may being blind but I can find out if I fly from Sharm to Cairo will I be issued a full Egyptian visa ? Or is it easier to get one when I pass through Elat ?

Sharm-Cairo is a domestic flight. You can only get a visa when you leave a country and enter another.

In theory Egypt does not issue visas at the Taba/Eilat border. You need to arrange one at the Egyptian embassy in Tel Aviv or at the Egyptian consulate in Eilat.
